About the MN GreenCorps Program:
The Minnesota GreenCorps program, coordinated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, aims to preserve and protect Minnesota’s environment while training a new generation of environmental professionals. Each year, the program places AmeriCorps members with host site organizations around the state to help communities increase resilience to climate change. Members serve at their host sites, from mid-September through mid-August, on projects focused on air pollutant reduction, community readiness and outreach, green infrastructure improvements including community forestry, and waste reduction, recycling, and organics management. Minnesota GreenCorps is now accepting applications from organizations interested in hosting a member for the 2022-2023 program year. Learn more and apply by Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
