Meeting called to order at 3:05 by President Lorrie Stromme
Minutes of the October 8, 2001 Executive committee meeting were approved without amendment. Stennes/Johnson/ Passed (7-0)

· Lorrie presented a proposed meeting schedule for 2002.

· Ken shared the results of the USFS review of Minnesota’s Urban and Community Forestry program. This will be used in the strategic planning process.
· Janet discussed potential membership meeting sites and most appropriate dates for each. She will provide a the results after logistics are finalized.
